I worked out with a trainer in Newport Beach, CA who was a female body builder. I paid a much higher rate and trained 4 sessions per week for 10 months. In 3 months of mostly 2 and occasionally 3 sessions per week with Sam, I decrease my body fat and have become more fit and in better shape than with the other trainer.
