Group Training Sessions
If personal training sounds great but you have a friend or friends that would like to train together we can accommodate your needs with a private group class. If you would like to enter a group class you will be matched with a group of clients that have goals a lot like your own.
At Functional Fitness,
it is understood that people can be very motivating to one another and help
to serve as an impetus for improved health and fitness, which is our ultimate
goal! With this in mind, we are pleased to offer clients of Sam Iannettas
Functional Fitness and Wellness Center the opportunity to workout together in
groups of 2 through 6 people under the guidance of one of our skilled trainers.
This is a great option for people who have already
established a program or exercise plan and do not necessarily require one-on-one
personal training guidance. Group training can replace one-on-one personal training
or be used as an adjunct. For example, a client may choose to continue to workout
once a week with their personal trainer one-on-one and then join two friends
for a group session one to two more times per week to round out their fitness
program and maintain a regular schedule of exercise.
Our trainers make a point of communicating with each other about training progress and individual client needs so that regardless of who your trainer is from session to session, you can be sure that they are aware of your particular needs and goals.
