or failure of ones fitness goals. Even if you are within the optimal range
for your weight and body composition, you still need proper nutrition in order
to achieve optimal wellness and fitness results. Professional competitive athletes
can attest to how important diet is to their success or
failure. Our fitness staff has made a priority of understanding the nature of
diet and nutrition in relation to fitness and health. We can provide diet analysis
and nutritional guidance in the form of classes and one-on-one consulting. For
our clients with very specific or complex diet or weight loss issues, we have
a referral network of dieticians and physicians who may be of further assistance.
