Sam Iannettas Functional
Fitness and Wellness center houses a state of the art movement studio to provide
our guests with one-on-one and group movement instruction in Tai Chi, Yoga,
Posture, Functional Movement and Nia.
The focus of our movement classes is improving self-perception and body function,
energy and health. We do not offer the standard aerobic type classes that tend
to be pounding and can be destructive to joints, muscles and overall structure.
Our philosophy is to offer services that promote the health and wellbeing of
our clients. Therefore we have hired experienced and motivated group fitness
instructors and movement therapists to provide the very best experience in group-fitness.
